Member Fees
You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues (except annual).
✔️ Can I prepay my membership fees?Memberships are currently month-to-month or annually only.
✔️ What info do I need to join the club?An email address for receipts, credit or debit card, full name, address, phone and date of birth.
Account Management
It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.
✔️ Can I transfer my membership to another medic?Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.
✔️ How can I check on the status of my account?Login to your Member Portal and look in Profile. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.
